Alongside a successful corporate career, he has always carried a deep passion for mathematics, logical reasoning, and mentoring young minds. Through Logic League Academy, Ballav now brings that experience into education with a mission to help students build strong analytical thinking, real world problem-solving confidence, and advanced mathematical skills through competitive math training.
